Chase & Status

more than alot

released: October 2008

label: Ram Records

what do we think: Satisfying.

by Jaymz Clart.

We usually don’t dip too much into the RAM pot, I’ve always found their tunes great for the dance-floor, but not so great for those lazy afternoons. However, this album is a highly satisfying outing for the chase and status boys. The tracks are pretty varied and I must say I especially enjoy their dubstep outings more than their dnb tracks. Stand out tracks for me are "Music Club", the hip hop adventure with kano, "Against All Odds", the unforgiveing dubstep sound of "Eastern jam" and the crowd pleasing “Streetlife”.
